A private room with a queen bed in an extremely quite home with private bath, 55inch TV with free local channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. and with a private Laptop desk with extremely fast internet speed for work from home folks.

The home is a 2story home with 20ft ceiling with lots and lots of natural lights. We work from home full time but we assure you full privacy.

The space

This amazing Queen bedroom in a 5bedroom home is exactly what you need after a long flight away from home. Comfortable, extremely quiet and serene environment, peaceful and catered especially for travel professionals. Internet download speed of over 300mbps available for game lovers or work from home professionals.

Queen Bed, laptop desk and chair, TV (With local channels, YouTube, Netflix), fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and clean bedding.

Inside your room, you’ve got your private bathroom with a tub/shower with towels, soap and toiletries.

Our home has central air/heat and free WIFI throughout.

The washer and dryer is only available for guest staying 1week and beyond.

Perfect for long term stays as the home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. The home can sleep a maximum of 6guests – Bedroom 1 – 1 full bed, Bedroom 2- 2 bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Feel free to sit out and swing on the front patio or relax at the back patio with a fire pit to keep you warm.

Living room is equipped with a 70inch internet TV equipped with local channels, Netflix, YouTube, and other apps!

We offer an easy self-check in process; no human interaction. We provide a code for self check in and a gate remote for access to the gated home. The entire unit and private balconies is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The carport is shared with a tenant on the other side of the duplex.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

All guest must be listed on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only 2 visitors are allowed. Overnight hours start at 11PM.

It is important to review our house rules prior to booking.

Trucks do not fit into the entrance of our carport. 3 car limit inside the Carport. Please do not block our neighbors car. Free street parking is available, first come first serve.

It’s Texas! Keep all of the doors shut for little critters won’t make their way into the property and to keep the heat out.
