Guest are allowed to use the home amenities but we ask that you leave the common areas including the kitchen and bathroom clean. There are tons of free parking on the street. And you can always move around with your private car or via Uber/Lyft

As much or as little interaction as you need to feel comfortable we are ready to accommodate. We love meeting new people & having interesting conversation. We can also understand those who prefer privacy & space. We allow you take the lead regarding interaction. We are always available and we always respond promptly to calls or text messages.
