Guest access

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire 8th-floor beachfront condo, located in Tower 3 at Edgewater Beach Resort. You’ll have full use of all resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf course, beach access, restaurants, and more.

✔️ Self check-in via secure keyless entry — your personalized access code and arrival instructions will be emailed approximately 3 days before check-in.
✔️ One parking pass and resort wristbands are included with the Edgewater Guest Registration Fee ($50).
✔️ Additional vehicle pass available for $30 (maximum of two vehicles per reservation).
✔️ Guests must complete the Edgewater online registration form before arrival to receive full access to the resort.

Other things to note

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old (strictly enforced).
• Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 4 guests allowed.
• No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free unit. Smoking of any kind (including vapes and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the condo or on the balcony. Violations will result in a fine.
• No Pets: Pets are not permitted.
• Guest Registration: All guests must complete Edgewater’s online registration form and pay a $50 fee prior to arrival. This includes one parking pass, resort wristbands, and full amenity access. An additional vehicle pass is available for $30.
• Check-In Info: You’ll receive check-in instructions, property address, and your keyless entry code about 3 days before arrival.
