You’ll have full use of all resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf course, beach access, restaurants, and more.
✔️ Self check-in via secure keyless entry — your personalized access code and arrival instructions will be emailed approximately 3 days before check-in. ✔️ One parking pass and resort wristbands are included with the Edgewater Guest Registration Fee ($50). ✔️ Additional vehicle pass available for $30 (maximum of two vehicles per reservation). ✔️ Guests must complete the Edgewater online registration form before arrival to receive full access to the resort.

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old (strictly enforced). • Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 4 guests allowed. • No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free unit. victor’s place was excellent. he had cooking utensils, house hold supplies and such a soft bed. The view was superb and the location was great! Heated pool was phenomenal and beach access was great!

Victor’s place was perfect. The views were stunning and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. His place was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Victor’s beach condo was in the perfect location to so many great restaurants and shopping places. Victor’s condo was clean and tidy. Victor was an extremely responsive host and was checking in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed and to wish us a great vacation and anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband and I can’t wait to return to Panama City Beach and stay in Victor’s place.

Absolutely loved our stay in Panama City Beach at victor’s condo. It was such a perfect location and the view of the beach was perfect for the fireworks show in the nearby pier. The condo’s amenities were also great, the pool area was perfect, not too loud and very family friendly. The condo itself was so welcoming and cozy as well. There truly isn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay!

The place is beautiful, very clean, the view is spectacular, I would definitely come back to this place. If you are looking for a quiet place with all the comforts, this is the place to go. You will not regret it. It is wonderful, my husband and I will definitely come back.
